1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Wild Property Services concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Services

We provide property maintenance services including but not limited to lawn mowing, acreage slashing, gardening, and general cleanups. All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time and are subject to change upon physical inspection of the property.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Liability

While we take the utmost care while performing our services, Wild Property Services is not liable for any pre-existing damage to your property or items hidden within the grass/garden (e.g., hoses, sprinkler heads, toys) that are not visible or disclosed prior to the commencement of work.
